Casper Craven is an entrepreneur and an adventurer who believes in challenging conventional thinking on how leaders and teams become successful and manage to achieve goals.
He started his career at the age of 14, reinventing himself several times, changing business and strategies, but his hardest challenge was to build his family team to sail around the world. He left with his wife and his three children aged 9, 7 and 2 to circumnavigate the world through the Pacific Ocean. They planned this trip for five years from 2009 and finally they left and completed in 2016. This impressive adventure is the key of his talks and his way of thinking because he was able to overcome his limits both in business, at work and in personal life. His mission now is to be a leader and team building speaker, which truly inspire other people and help them to achieve amazing results both professionally and personally, working in teams.
What is it all about? During his talk, Craven will explain the key steps to create a winning team in business, sport and family, sharing his own experience. His speech, titled 8 Steps to Navigating a Winning Team in Business and at Home, is based on the fact that teams and people don't work together effectively and harmonically to respond to the situations they are faced with. So, business fails. He uses the African saying, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." Craven is stressing the power of "we" rather than "me" and explains how important it is to do things TOGETHER.
